This time last year never would we have envisioned that this year Pandy would be married and happy.  It was not planned or looked for, but life offered and served this up.  As a mother, I could not be happier.

We still have AJ and that nasty tumour has been removed.  There was a series of medical procedures followed by a final mammoth operation and associated recovery but by December, AJ was able to reattend school for the final week, and he no longer needs to go to the hospital for checkups every week.  He is our precious miracle, and gift to all of us.  He has noticable and noteworthy scars which serve as physical reminders and he still limps a little at times, but he is a normal cheeky 9 year old and I am grateful.

I still have mum and she is doing very well.

I have finished a tertiary course I began in November last year and did extremely well.

What do I want?  I hope and pray my children stay happy and conitnue to thrive and grow.  Christmas was like couples ville ( except for myself and Leonnie) but it was truly wonderful to see them all happy and settled.

This year I plan to

  • make a budget and stick to it.
  • continue to work out according to my defined program
  • continue to eat well
  • travel towards the end of this year for a while
  • communicate faithfully with those I care for
